how to send wallpaper from my pc to bluetooth mobile phone?

I want to send some wallpapers from my pc to my bluetooth mobile, how should I do it? If yes tell me the procedure. Also, will it cost anything for my mobile and is there any danger of virus entering my mobile phone, that is, is it necessary to have antivirus for this wallpaper sending fom my pc to my bluetooth mobile phone?

First of all, if your computer does not have bluetooth compatibility, then you will not be able to send it. Most laptops have this ability.

To be honest, I’m not 100% sure how to send it using Windows but I do have a Mac. Could you be more specific in what type of PC you have? Is it a laptop or a desktop? What model of laptop/desktop is it?
